New members are also warmly invited to join the Blue Flames Bowls Club for the current or next season, and are asked to make contact via email, visiting reception or contacting any committee member of its bowls clubs. 

Resident Clubs:

Two clubs currently use Blue Flames as their home site, Blue Flames Vets and Health & Security.

Blue Flames Vets is a small club playing social bowls on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Health & Security are affiliated to Northumberland County Bowling Association and have internal competitions and friendly matches as well as playing in a number of leagues and cups. These include the Clegg Cup, Knight Cup, Edwardson Cup, Challenge Cup, Public Utilities League, Parliamentry League and Crawford Smith League.
