Function Rooms
Choose between 3 function rooms to meet your individual needs. Each room offers a range of flexible seating layouts from Top Table to Informal Rounds and all party sizes can be accomodated from under 50 to 250.
AMBLE SUITE – Sits 80 & Holds up to 120 guests
BELSAY SUITE – Sits 150 & holds up to 200 guests *
CALLERTON SUITE – Sits 200 & holds up to 250 guests
*NB. Upstairs Belsay Room is not wheelchair accessible. Our Amble & Callerton Rooms are fully wheelchair accessible
Each room has a Fully Licensed Bar, Dance Floor and facilities for live music or disco.
Please note when booking, Our room hire is non refundable
Catering
All types of catering can be provided from buffets to 5-course dinners. Select one of our Sample Menus (new from February 2020) or discuss and arrange specific requirements with our Facilities team.

Free on-site parking is available with over 140 spaces along with a limited number of disabled places.
