Blue Flames is committed to the safety of all its customers and staff, and is following all Health & Safety guidance issued by the Government in respect of Covid-19*. In applying these guidelines Blue Flames has carried out Covid-19 Risk Assessments on its premises and activities. We have also implemented a series of comprehensive safety measures and all staff have completed Covid-19 training and received briefings on current arrangements. The safety measures include hand sanitising stations, temperature checks on entry, protective screens in reception and in each bar, PPE for staff, one way movement in corridors and social distancing markings and signage. In addition, staff are following a rigorous regime of cleaning, disinfecting and sanitising – paying particular attention to heavy usage areas and all touch points (door handles, handrails, light switches, table tops, etc).

Functions, Conferencing & Training

From 6th July the Amble, Belsay* and Callerton Suites may be booked for functions or conferencing, training and funerals. As per current regulations, each room will only be able to accommodate 30 seated customers and table service plated buffets meals are available.

All functions, conferencing & training must be pre-booked. For further details and room booking please contact reception.

*NB. Belsay Room is upstairs and not wheelchair accessible. Amble & Callerton are fully accessible
