Meetings and Presentations

Blue Flames offers a pleasant setting and excellent facilities for all your conferencing requirements. The Function Rooms look out onto the tranquil grassed playing fields of our Whitley Park site and are equiped with the facilities required to meet all your business needs – from small informal meetings to large presentations, from briefings to AGM’s and award nights – we can cater for any occasion.

There is ample free parking with over 140 on-site spaces along with a limited number of disabled places.

Three Function Rooms are available, and can accomodate numbers ranging from just a few to as many as 250. The rooms available are –

AMBLE ROOM – for up to 120 guests
BELSAY ROOM – for up to 200 guests *
CALLERTON ROOM – for up to 250 guests

*NB. Belsay Room is upstairs and not wheelchair accessible. Amble & Callerton are fully accessible

All necessary ancillary conferencing equipment is available including large screens, projectors, Wi-Fi, Internet and Broadband facilities. A range of hot and cold refreshments can be supplied from teas/coffees up to formal sit down dinners. All three function rooms are fully licensed.
